B = Bust:Ā To get correct measurements, without pads, pull tape across the fullest part your theĀ chest and keep your arms relaxed by their sides.
W = Waist:Ā Your natural waist is the smallest part of the waist usually found about 1 inch above the belly button. Keep the tape measure slightly loose to allow for breathing room.
H = Hips:Ā To measure, find the widest part of the hips. Typically, this is about 7 inches down from the natural waist. The tape should brush across both hip bones.
